Returns for all items must be made 14 days from the date your items arrives to you. Shipping charges are not refundable.
A Return Authorization number (RA #) will be required with ANY RETURN. To get a RA #, please e-mail us at email@example.com. Please include your name, telephone number, order number and item(s) you would like to return.
Please allow one to three days for the processing of your return from the date we receive your package.
We will refund your order up to 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Returns made after 14 days, and no longer than 30 days, will be refunded for store credit only. Refunds to your credit card may take up to an extra day to appear on your credit record. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Jewellery and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Three Wild Women will not accept merchandise that has been used. Please return all items with tags attached.
We stands by our merchandise. We gladly reimburse our customers for any shipping charges that are incurred for merchandise that is returned as a result of manufacturer defects, and not the result of normal wear and tear.
Exchanges can be made for 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise. Please contact us to ensure the item is available.
Once we have been contacted, we would be happy to put the replacement item on hold until your return arrives.
Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid, regular parcel post. Insuring your return allows you to track you parcel with Canada Post.
